Modern hotel with well furnished rooms. The only downside is that members of the public are able to enter the bar with hired photographers and spend a lot of time walking or posing in close proximity to you while you attempt to enjoy your drinks/food so that they can take photos and videos, which was quite irksome over time and especially when they do not respect your personal space. During our time at the bar, we observed more than 4-5 groups and they were not confined to one side (ie using the entire area for their photos/videos)

Book one of the best rooms in Conrad. King Deluxe Loft for several nights and spent a decent amount of money to have a great experience in Chongqing. Check in was average not great. I was booked in for several nights but arranged with a good view but not the best side of the city. But was not offered the chance to change rooms on a later day. Would have been nice to experience both sides. I don’t mind changing. Second night at midnight the ceiling light in the hall leaked 1-2 litres of water. Basically the aircon outlet malfunctioned. Problem solved. Towels across the floor and a bin to collect anymore water. Again no offer to change room. At this point with one night left to go, I just felt what is the point to ask. On check out I just wanted to check out and leave to the airport. Manager was very polite, to be honest everyone is very polite. Just the feeling the hotel is offering a premium experience but is not living up to the expectation.

I am in love with what this hotel has to offer. Their service is 10+. From checking in to checking out, this hotel meets all expectations. I asked for a late check out and they have me a 3pm without extra charge. The view of the skyline is breath taking. They also have a pillow menu to ensure your stay is good. They offer refreshments daily and theyre all amazing. I would def come back and stay here again. They are also very walkable to the train station.

Booked 4 upgraded rooms with the family. Staff are under trained. Definitely catered to Chinese speaking guests only and not foreign friendly. Upon arrival, (it was 6pm) they gave us a room barely ready with the windows open. Immediately after entering, our nose were filled with such harsh chemicals. Unbearable.
