Apartamento espaçoso, mas com alguns problemas. O ar condicionado da sala está pingando sobre o sofá, as cadeiras da mesa estão com as pernas abrindo. Toalhas velhas, falta sabonete no banheiro. A televisão só sintoniza em dois canais.

O local é incrível!! O apto é bom e limpo. Não gastei dos travesseiros, o banheiro precisa de um fechamento de voz urgente, quando tomamos banho o banheiro molha todo, as cadeiras da mesa precisam ser trocadas, são graças e ao arrastar faz muito barulho.

Apartamento bacana, localização bonita, só deixou muito a desejar na questão da rouparia, lençóis bem surrados, apenas um cobertor que me pareceu muito usado e sem lavagem. O sofá-cama muito sujo e havia um colchão super fininho que optei por colocar por cima do sofá-cama para poder colocar meus filhos dormir. Outra coisa foi a falta de uma tomada com amperagem correta para poder usar a cafeteira.

Não indico ou recomendo.

Nós reservamos com bastante antecedência e mesmo assim ficamos em um quarto que tem vista para uma obra com serralheiro trabalhando durante o dia. Reclamamos e ofereceram outro quarto no lado oposto de frente para uma obra com retroescavadeira jogando terra pra cima. O Hotel tem muuuuuuuiiitas unidades, e muitas com frentes maravilhosas, mas.. capitalismo é isso, penso q hj e deveria ser explicito que as unidades terão vista lateral pois na minha opinião isto é propaganda enganosa. Houve diversas Falhas de comunicação e de gestão , logística dos utensílios dos apartamentos. (4 pessoas e 2 pratos) Nao recolhem lixo nem tem limpeza de quarto. Tampouco troca de toalhas, o serviço deixa a desejar,as é bom para quem quer somente 1 quarto. Pelo valor da diária não recomendo. O valor deveria ser ao menos 25% ok inferior...

Apartamento excelente, só falta limpar o sofá.

Muito bom o espaco do empreendimento, O quarto tem um espaço bacana e confortável. Só precisa de uma limpeza no sofá , pois esta muito sujo com marcas de pé sujo. e o colchão de casal que é colocado no chão precisa ser mais grosso e limpo. No mais um excelente apartamento. Pequenos detalhes de limpeza que faz a diferença.
