Close to the beach, good facilities and amazing staff.
The rooms were clean and very spacious.
Just around the corner from good bars, coffee shops and restaurants.
The hotel food is very good and priced really well. Happy hour and drink specials were very competitive.

Great Legian Beachside Hotel
Excellent location and friendly helpful staff. Fantastic Tao restaurant and Bar overlooking beach.
Only comment would be that the Air conditioner was a bit hit and miss and noisy and the pillows were hard!!

We only stayed one night ,staff were lovely allowed us latter checkout as we were flying back in the evening. Air conditioner could have been a little cooler but still very comfortable. Nice enough and great staff
This is our second stay at the Ramada Camakila (now Radisson). When we arrived the room we were given (ground floor) smelled musty and had a few mosquito's that we killed. It obviously hadn't been used for a while and wasn't very nice. We requested to change to another room and this was arranged so we moved to a room on the first floor with a balcony - this was much nicer and was clean and fresh.
The resort is nice and reasonably well maintained. The bathrooms are dated and could do with a makeover (get rid of the shower in bath). Our air conditioning wasn't the best but it was very hot and humid in Bali and I think they had a problem with air-conditioning overall at the resort.
What we love is the big bed and room, good access to beach at back and shops at front of hotel, and most of all the friendliness of all the staff.
Breakfast was nice and the free WiFi worked well.

Feb stay
Had a ground floor room- very little sunshine to room meaning it was very musty and damp. Very slow wifi. Average breakfast. Average cocktails. Only four sunbeds next to main pool- the rest were either private or in the shade. Great service and staff. Great location. Let us have late checkout until 6pm for free.
Overall wouldnt stay again.
I first stayed here as part of a big group of friends a couple of years ago, and loved the hotel and area so much I came back here with my partner for a week away.
The hotel backs right onto the beach, and is within a couple of minutes walk of - lots of bars and restaurants (cheap to mid-priced), convenience stores, ATMs, cheap spas/massage places, market stalls, a laundry place, a post office, a good beginner/intermediate surf beach with lots of surf teachers/schools, and lots more. The area is not quite as upmarket as Seminyak but a bit quieter and nicer than Kuta, which I think represents good value for money.
The rooms were clean and tidy, beds comfy enough, good air-con and Wifi worked well in our poolside third-storey room.
The hotel itself was just brilliant. Absolutely every staff member was friendly and helpful, and they even let us check out late on our last day and use the spa shower just before our night-time flight! Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of hot or fresh options, and we also spent a lot of time lazing around the pool enjoying a couple of poolside Bintangs!
We went during the low season but coincidentally during Schoolies week. Luckily for us, however, this type of place doesn't seem to appeal to groups of teenagers too much so the clientele was mostly younger and older couples and families. It was for the most part lovely and quiet, and the setup of the pool meant that it was easy to find your own space.
I can't recommend this place enough if the above sounds like your cup of tea. We will definitely be back again soon!
