We had a lovely stay at Riad Zazz - Lahcen was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, welcoming us with mint tea when we arrived. Our room was wonderful and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served on the beautiful terrace. Despite being just behind a main street of the medina, it was very quiet and peaceful.

Everything was perfect, we couldn’t be happier we stayed here. It was beautiful, the workers were great people and extremely hospitable. It was extremely clean and they even let us check in early they provided a delicious breakfast and at the end of our stay they offered a great deal on an early morning shuttle to the airport. Couldn’t recommend this place any more. 10/10!!!

We had a great stay at Riad Zazz. The room is very spacious and clean. Every morning they serves us with hot breakfast and it is delicious. The front reception Lahsen ( both same name) is very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this Riad and I feel comfortable staying there.

We stay for 5 nights in this hotel, and overall enjoy it, Location was in Medina are, convenient to be close for all sightseeing, eating and shopping. Staff was very good, helpful, kind and friendly. Breakfast was good but needs more variety. Room was clean, but much smaller from the picture, Bathroom was a little outdated and fan was too noisy. Roof top are was very nice for having breakfast. Nice place, but very unique ( not for everybody).

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Zazz. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The rooftop was one of our favorite spots, having breakfast up there was such a nice way to start the day. The location is great and close to everything. It was a bit tricky to find at first, like many places in the Medina, but once we figured it out, it was perfect. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable Riad not far from the Medina. The day and night men, both named Lahcen, did a great job taking care of us - meeting us for the final short walk to the Riad, setting up transportation to and from the airport, answering questions, providing a good breakfast, and providing recommendations as we needed. We stayed at Riad Zazz for three nights, and it was an absolutely magical experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect—it is right in the Medina and close to everything. You can easily do everything by walking, which made exploring so convenient and fun! The second we arrived, we were warmly greeted with delicious Moroccan tea, which was the perfect start to our stay. Because we happened to be the only guests in the hotel during our trip, it felt like our own private oasis. We were treated incredibly well and felt completely pampered the entire time. Lahcen (both of them) truly made our stay unforgettable. He is an absolute gem! He went completely above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always serving us with the greatest kindness and the warmest hospitality. One morning, we had to leave for our desert trip incredibly early and Lahcen left us a beautiful breakfast to take with us on the road. It was such a thoughtful gesture that saved the day! Whether it was packing our early breakfast, giving us great recommendations, or just being incredibly attentive, Lahcen made us feel right at home. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and in the best location possible. Between the perfect setting and the top-notch service from Lahcen, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. If you are looking for a place where you will be genuinely cared for and close to everything, book Riad Zazz immediately. We will definitely be back!

Hidden Gem

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The building was charmingly rustic. An earthquake had damaged the area so there was a concerning amount of construction debris next door while I was there, but that's temporary. The adjacent spa was a delightful surprise. Make sure you take breakfast on the rooftop.

Staff exceptional!!! The 2 guys who were on duty attended to our needs. The room was small no problem but we were the only ones in the Riad. I had complementary upgrades but wasn’t offered. I did mention it to the staff but I’m not sure if he understood. The breakfast wasn’t what I expected but he went out of his way. It was in the Medina close to everything but down a long alleyway. I never felt threatened or unsafe, but I was with my husband.

Relaxing Riad in the Mayhem of the Medina

Wasn't sure what to expect as Riad Zazz is in the Medina with it's hectic souks and alleyways. It's a good five minutes walk from being dropped off by the taxi and the internet is too intermittent for Google maps. Much of the decor is original and has a nice warmth about it. Our room was basic but clean with a comfy bed and good shower. The rooftop terrace is a great place to chill out or sunbathe. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were available 24/7 Breakfast was a simple affair with a bowl of chopped fruit, tea/coffee, crepes/pancakes with honey, jam or soft cheese The only downside is the alleyways to the Riad are a bit dark and you don't give you a feeling of security. Overall a good experience

The common areas of the Riad are lovely- beautiful courtyard and terrace. Our room on the ground floor had no window and was noisy at night with guests coming and going, Hammam was not in use. Staff were friendly and helpful (although they would not swap the room for us to a quieter one with a window saying the Riad was full, despite there being other rooms available on Expedia) Good location for restaurants and the Celine spa next door was great.

A beautiful oasis in the middle of magically bustling Marrakesh. Close to everything, and still totally quiet at night. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond at all times, and the breakfast - I barely have words. We only had a single day in the country, and still we felt we had experienced some of the local tastes from the breakfast alone. The whole place is beautifully designed with green and white tiles, matching textiles, and everything you see on the pictures. The closest I’ve been to this level of service and was on a five-star ambassadors hotel in Brussels. 10/10 would return. Thank you!

So so experience for us

The arrival was bad. No Moroccan tea offered and they asked to pay the little car to bring the luggage for 5 euros. I had to negotiate with the people and it was breaking the vibe a the arrival to be honest. The road is quite ok but the Hamman was broken and they never said that in the booking or before we arrived. The service was ok overall. Otherwise Location is amazing and the bed comfortable!

Sparklin clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better location close to everything while still located in an absolutely peaceful and quite part of town. Large and super comfortable room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 small children). The Riad’s terrace and design architecture is breathtaking.
