We had a great stay. The beds were so comfy. The cleanliness was excellent. Our room had a garden view which was lovely with the tram line running along just outside the garden. The location was perfect just a few minutes walk to the town square and tram stop. The underground car park was very useful. We visited lots of lovely towns in our rental car although this could also be done using a good bus service.

Wonderful stay. The rooms at the hotel had a great aesthetic while also being very functional. The hotel staff were amazing and gave us many recommendations for hikes we could go on around the area. We have stayed in Soller on many occasions but this is the first time in this new hotel. It is really lovely in a very central position. It provides a really good breakfast but no evening meals and does not serve alcohol after 7pm! We will be happy to return.

We had a wonderful stay shortly after the hotel opened, staff were more than accommodating and friendly. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing and it was surprisingly quiet even when many guests shared the space. It also backs onto to gardens and the tram line which was pleasent to watch go by and meant we never heard cars or traffic. We would happily stay again if we return to soller.

Hotel was very clean - basically brand new. It even had that fresh carpet smell when going through the hallway to rooms. Breakfast selection was nice with both continental hot and cold items on offer - some hot items like the eggs/hash rcould have been warmer. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Pool area was lovely, didn't spend much time out there but enjoyed a nice coffee out there in the morning. Rooms were amazing, beautifully decorated and stylish.

We have just got back from a lovely stay at Alcázar Hotel. The hotel is brand new and beautiful, the pool and outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and the location was brilliant, only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Sóller and the tram that takes you down to the port. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were also brilliant and so helpful. There’s nothing we didn’t like about this place 😊
