This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!

As someone who does not speak much Italian, things went as smooth as they could have here. Staff was super kind and helped get us a ride to the airport. I enjoyed our room and loved the location. My girlfriend is an interior designer, who sought out somewhere authentic and not modern style. She was in love with the aesthetic. While there is not much to do at this location, minus the spa and upstairs bar/lounge area, it is right in the middle of the city. Seriously, a perfect location. Only cons I could think of are a lackluster breakfast and limited television access. Which didn’t really bother me because we went out to get breakfast on the town and we rarely had time to watch tv. Highly recommended for Americans looking to comfortably travel to Palermo.
