The hotel staff are helpful and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary refreshments, including green tea, hojicha, coffee, and more, are a wonderful touch. The hotel is located near Nishi 18-chome Station, convenience stores, and the Sapporo Art Museum, yet the neighborhood is quiet and less crowded. The price is also very reasonable. Interesting Hotel With Unique Premise

Hotel Hamilton was a comfortable stay with a nice room. The downstairs accommodations with lots of gaming PCs were very interesting even though I didn't use them. It added an interesting atmosphere to the hotel

1泊利用後、事情により次の日も、急遽利用させていただくことになりました。 1日目も２日目もスタッフさんの対応は丁寧で、気持ちが良かったです。 残念だったのは、２日目のお部屋の設備で、故障したまま修理されずにいたお部屋でしたので、前日に比べて、ホテルの印象が少し落ちてしまったのが、残念なところかと思います。 全体的には、料金も安くスタッフさんの対応も良く、また利用させていただきたいホテルだと思います
