The hotel staff are helpful and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary refreshments, including green tea, hojicha, coffee, and more, are a wonderful touch. The hotel is located near Nishi 18-chome Station, convenience stores, and the Sapporo Art Museum, yet the neighborhood is quiet and less crowded. The price is also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

お風呂の換気扇に埃が溜まっていたり、バスタブに誰かの毛が落ちていた。 ベッドのスプリングが柔らかく、腰痛持ちの私には辛かった。枕も固くて高かったのと、枕カバーがツルツル滑って、寝ていて、何度も頭が枕から落ちたので、頚が痛くなりました。 部屋は広くてゆとりがありました。 朝食は、彩りよく、おかずセットが、用意してありました。（食べきれず残してしまって申し訳ありません）主食も、ごはんが雑穀と白米、パンと選べました。味付けは塩分強めかな。 ホテル裏の駐車スペース、ホテルの駐車場なのか？目印がなく、自力で探すのは難しい。

全館禁煙なのだけど，かつてはおそらく喫煙可だったのだと思われる。それがわかるような空気ではあった。 鍵はカードキーでない昔のタイプで，自分で施錠する必要がある。たいして気にはならないけど，めんどうな方は念頭に。

駅から近く便利でした 設備の古さは気になりますが、ハートフルな接客が魅力です 飲食店は徒歩圏内に数件、あまり遅いと大通食堂1軒だけでした ススキノエリアも比較的近いので、出不精でなければ問題なさそうです 2階の飲食店で頂く朝食も、品数多く良かったです 次回も選択肢の1つに加えようと思います

地下鉄駅まで徒歩5分ですすきのや市場まで30分以内に移動出来て更に市電停留所やちょっとした居酒屋さん、ラーメン屋さんもある立地、設備も良く維持されております。スタッフさんは対応良い人と気が利かない人とばらつきがありました。

1泊利用後、事情により次の日も、急遽利用させていただくことになりました。 1日目も２日目もスタッフさんの対応は丁寧で、気持ちが良かったです。 残念だったのは、２日目のお部屋の設備で、故障したまま修理されずにいたお部屋でしたので、前日に比べて、ホテルの印象が少し落ちてしまったのが、残念なところかと思います。 全体的には、料金も安くスタッフさんの対応も良く、また利用させていただきたいホテルだと思います
