A lovely hotel

The staff were great, food was awesome and excellent location. Would stay here again for sure. Not a mark against the hotel but I did get quite a lot of mosquito bites so if youre travelling there in this climate then take some repellant. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay for a few nights.

Outstanding breakfast and good service; easy check-in/check-out; friendly accommodation to store luggage for some hours after check-out; great beds; great coffee etc. in room. Great outdoor garden & lawn with space for letting kids run or sit with a book. Just missing racks to hang moist towels for sufficient drying/reuse. It was slightly difficult to find the hotel by walking from train station due to current construction sites 0.5 miles away. But no noise or other disturbance from those sites. Otherwise great central location to river, buses, sightseeing.

Nice hotel conveniently located for train station and bus routes. Staff very friendly and helpful, gardens are lovely, room aircon worked very well. Not really up to the condition and level of service I’d expect for a 4 star hotel though. No coffee pod top up during a 3 night stay and room decor was pretty tired and basic.

This is a beautiful hotel so close to the train station. We had a very nice room with a balcony that looked over a very nice garden which was part of its property. We could sit there in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. The last night that we were there they were serving dinner al fresco in the garden. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again when in Salzburg and would recommend it to my friends The location is very convenient and not that far from the historic old town.

I enjoyed my stay at Parkhotel Brunau in the city of Salzburg. My room/bed was comfortable and everything was clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent. I also enjoyed free bus fare during my stay in Salzburg, which was arranged by the hotel staff. I really enjoyed my stay in Salzburg and would stay at this hotel again, but longer and in the summer to enjoy the garden of the hotel.

Rent rum där nästan allt vi behövde fanns, fick låna en vattenkokare i receptionen. Men helt galet med toaletten i eget rum och handfat och dusch i ett annat. Något trång dusch. Frukosten helt ok, fanns det mesta.

Allgemein ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Die Anlage ist an sich sehr gepflegt und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Leider ist das Hotel dennoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Merkt man am ehesten in den Zimmern, bei uns isb. an den Amateuren der Dusche. Würde das Hotel dennoch wieder buchen!!

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem hatte das gebuchte Hotelzimmer keinen Schrank oder Ähnliches und insgesamt nur zwei Haken, um irgendwas aufzuhängen. Die Jacken hängen somit neben dem Bett und man lebt aus dem Koffer vom Boden (wenn man nicht mit Auto da ist, um den Koffer dort zu lassen). Auch Badezimmer und Dusche ohne Platz, um beispielsweise eine Kulturtasche vernünftig abzustellen. Für den Preis (155€ pro Nacht) hatten wir zimmertechnisch etwas anderes erwartet. Dafür gab es morgens ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zudem sind die Unterkunft fußläufig zum Bahnhof erreichbar und das Personal sehr freundlich.
