8/10 Very good

Very pretty hotel, located minutes from the Spanish Steps. Porter, desk staff, breakfast service very helpful. Cleaning staff, not so much. We had mechanical issues with the sink that the maid never addressed. Ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more. The last night we were there the night service never even showed up...we had to figure out how to close the windows so the patio visitors couldn't see in our windows. The exterior is lovely, the bar pretty...the rooms are modernist and minimalist...

Had a wonderful stay and the hotel. My husband and I both got massages the first day and they were excellent. The room was lovely and the bathroom was exceptionally large. The interior upstairs was beautiful and unique.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels and when I say this hotel exceeds every expectation. They go above and beyond in their attentiveness and hospitality. From the moment you step in our friendly doorman was greeting us to the hotel staff available for what we needed. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. We appreciate you taking care of us. Thank you for making this trip so special.
