Really friendly staff, beds comfortable, cosy room. We had a luxury room which had french balcony which was great. Central location just a few minutes to all the sights. Bathroom is quite small hence the 4* and not 5* however it did the job and the water was lovwly and warm.

Need lots of training regarding hospitality!

Front desk staff wasn’t looking pleasant upon arrival although 2 of them available and there were no other guests. They were looking annoyed and unwilling to help, no smile, no welcoming attitude or did not provide necessary information regarding hotel and amenities. They looked like they wanna get rid of us asap so they go back to peaceful quiet desk work. They didn’t greet us, didn’t say welcome, didn’t say hi, didn’t even bother standing up from that cozy chair to reach us. This is a hospitality and service industry and the last thing a guest wants to see an unwelcoming hotel staff with disturbed face. 5 minutes later we we wanted to reach front desk but there were no pamphlet at the room and the phone wasn’t dialing front desk. Internet wasn’t working at all. Room was clean and spotless, breakfast was good and adequate, staff was working so hard to provide enough food for the buffet. Thank you for restaurant and housekeeping staff. Front desk needs lots of training about what hotel business and guest service is all about!

Modern decor and decent bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Good central location in the main area of town with walking distance to the beach, seaside restaurants, and old town. I was able to park my motorcycle right out the front. Room size was a little cramped - not much bigger than the double bed occupying it. Breakfast was so-so, although the top floor views were good.

Biz ekonomik odada kaldık. Ekonomik oda olması gereğiyle oda ve banyo hayli küçüktü. Büyük cüsseli insanlar için pek uygun değildi. Ekonomik oda olması dolayısıyla fiyat biraz daha düşük olabilirdi ancak otelin konumu ve olanakları gayet iyiydi, oda bakımlı ve temizdi. Tek gecelik konaklamalar için gayet tercih edilebilir.

Oda teslim aldigimizda temizdi. Ertesi gün temizlenmemisdi. Banyo musluğu bozuk, tavan dökülüyor. Küçük bir balkonda sigara içme alanı var . Oda telefonu arızalı. Ses nerdeyse yok denecek kadar az. Mini buzdolabı soğutmuyor. Tüm bunlar tolere edilebilir ama kahvaltı çok az secenekliydi. Bir iki çeşit kızartma, 4 çeşit peynir, 4 farklı zeytin, patates kızartması, menemen , domates salatalık bir yeşillik ve birkaç farklı meze türevi birşey ve haşlanmış yumurta. 5-6 bin verdiğimiz bir otelde en azından biraz daha zengin bir kahvaltı beklerdik. Oda + kahvaltı olan bir otel için zayıftı. Tekrar tercih ederiyim kesinlikle hayır. Bu civarda konaklama yapmak isteyenler için ek bilgi otopark büyük problem, otellerin nerdeyse hiç birinde otopark yok, liman kısmında veya cadde üzerinde yer bulabilirseniz şanslısınız. Eğer Amasra dolu ise polisler geri çevirip uzak noktalara yönlendirme yapıyor.
