8/10 Very good

We had a comfortable overnight stay. They gave us a conveniently located room with parking near the door of our room. Our only disappointment was with the breakfast. Waffles and cereal were the only food option, neither of which I could eat. There was milk, coffee and an orange flavored drink. But we did rest well - the main reason for being there.

Quite, Staff are helpful.

Not bad for what it costs, rooms were all pretty full consistently, right off the interstate so a lot of construction and blue collar workers around, rooms were fairly clean

8/10 Very good

Check in was efficient, parking convenient, rooms older but presentable and clean. I was concerned on pulling up as it appeared to be abandoned with tall grass outside parking lot and a deterated entrance sign. Breakfast was simple but just enough for light breakfast. Felt safe and easy off and on 95.

This hotel is close to I-95. The room is clean and quite. Good for me to stay one night during a long distance travel.

Parking was simple, lot was plenty big enough. AC worked and bed was comfortable. Felt the hotel was good for the cost. Breakfast was literally 2 choices of cereal and the standard make your own waffle. I am fine with waffles but felt it worth mentioning.

Clean room, comfy bed and friendly staff. Nice and quiet too.

Place was really good for the pricing that was paid. Rooms a little dated, but not to the point where they were not clean. AC worked very well and the check-in process was excellent. Parking was convenient and safe. Perfect spot for a break from the road and a good night sleep

Staff was very courteous, room was good for the price paid. Only thing I think improvement needed is for the breakfast which hardly had anything.

You get what you pay for. Run down and needs love. Also needs a deep clean. Breakfast was a joke. It's ok if you're very tired and just need to sleep and shower. Otherwise? Spend another $20

Very very affordable, quick, and clean! The reviews have to be old because they seem to have improved alot since the reviews were left. They even had complimentary breakfast! Pretty good deal!

Here at the peach tree in the employees really do their best to keep it nice and clean. The service is always welcoming and the manager is a really great guy. The area is quiet and out of the way with a pilot and wendys across the street and an emmarket with a subway. Very convenient location if you're looking for a cheaper stay.

Quick one nighter on a road trip. The place was pretty on the outside, it was filthy on the inside. Beds were comfortable. Bugs dead and alive, dirty fingerprints on everything, is definitely a hub for the homeless in thus small community. Absolutely nothing around besides a Pilot with attached Wendy's.
