The pictures on line were right on. It was a beautiful Spanish style with large rooms, good hot water, and a coffee shop connected to the hotel. The internet was off and on- hard to do work.

Great hotel in a very picturesque area of Puebla. My only suggestions is that the rooms need a fan or A/C. The staff was very accommodating and they brought us one so kudos for that.

The property and our room was beautiful. Great location. The bathroom and shower in our bedrooms had a moldy smell. At night, there was no water to the upstairs bathroom which was inconvenient and it would have been nice to have a more kid friendly menu for breakfast.

Great place to stay, wonderful rustic look, very spacious, clean has everything you need. My room was like a 5 star hotel. 5 min walk to historic center with lots of restaurants and stores. You must try Saborcito Corazón Restaurant for some delicious food and the prices are reasonable. Hotel staff was wonderful,
