This hotel is a gem. I came to visit the University of Cape Coast and found this hotel, which I believe is the closest to the university. The pool is marvelous. The rooms are tidy with working air conditioning and internet. There is free breakfast which is delicious. When I return to Cape Coast, I will be staying here. Thank you!
From the moment of my arrival, the staff was wonderful. My room was wonderful, it was exactly like advertised, "ocean view'. The sound of the waves was great. The breakfast everyday was a dream, the food was cooked to order. Nice touch! Not a bland generic buffet. The staff ~ what can I say, Titus and the crew, EXCELLENT customer service. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much.
Should have earned 5 stars - but apparently we got there during renovations, so we really could not have full access to amenities that we in the process of being brought in or managed in some way.
Apparently the website needs some attention as well - the hosts could not see our whole reservation.
We were about to leave and find another hotel, but the hosts did some last minute shifting around to make a one night stay tolerable.
I had an amazing time at Lemon. We were running late (arriving after 9pm) and the owner called and messaged us for our dinner order so that we were well fed upon arrival.
Once we arrived they had our rooms and keys ready. Staff stayed late to ensure we were set to go.
Food was great! Drinks great! Entertainment great! Owners and staff welcoming.
I did have an issue at the hotel and the owners responded immediately and apologized. They resolved it and created a great experience.
This resort was incredible. We really enjoyed spending my birthday weekend there while visiting Ghana. The staff is superior. They attend to every detail. The rooms were well appointed with adequate furnishings. The bed was super comfortable.
We had a garden view. As it turned out the ocean is hard to see from the the chalet so I was glad I didn't pay for the upgrade.
The complimentary breakfast was good, not great. The pancakes were really crepes if you're from the US. They were excellent....
I found the resort much as described on the website. Lovely location, nicely designed and maintained with an attentive staff and friendly owners. I would recommend it without hesitation.
The hotel is located literally across from the Elmina hotel and close to the Fort. You will have beautiful views of the fishing boats and sunrise/sunsets here! Elmina is only a 10-15min taxi ride to Cape Coast and by shared taxi it's roughly a $2 cedi per person trip. The taxi stand is walking distance from the hotel.
Only complaint is that wifi only works in the lobby and restaurant has a limited variety of options. I didn't find too many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel....
The best hotel we’ve stayed in so far. The environment makes you feel like you are king or some type of government official lol. I love everything about the place. Beautiful view of the ocean, beautiful view of the community and the mountains.
The foods are amazingly homemade delicious. Peaceful, quite and elegance.
Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Well done Ko-Sa….we will return.
