If you have to 100% stay in Sukhumvit area no matter what the reason behind, this place is super good choice during your stay in Bangkok for sure. But you need to stop expecting other critical things like such quality of meals, sound proof, bugs (mostly micro-sized ant) and more, as this place is pretty aged IMAO.

This hotel is right on the main road and very close to the BTS Skytrain. Its in a great part of the city with dining and entertainment choices. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are very clean, modern and well kept. All the staff and friendly and helpful especially the desk folks. Great overall value for the price. Would I stay again? S15 Hotel is one of those Bangkok stays that makes the city feel easy. The location is excellent, close to Asok BTS, Terminal 21, restaurants, nightlife, and everything Sukhumvit is known for, but the hotel still feels calm and comfortable once you’re inside. One of the highlights was the included breakfast each morning. It made the start of the day simple, convenient, and enjoyable without having to immediately leave the hotel looking for food. The breakfast had a nice variety, was well-prepared, and gave the stay an extra layer of value. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff made everything smooth from check-in to checkout.
