Functional. Easy walk to the fishery/tourist market and convenience stores, a few cafes, but not conveniently walkable to the beach area across the highway. Ask for a high floor—otherwise if your room faces the ocean you will hear a lot of noise from the 4-lane road below. Furniture upholstery is stained and needs cleaning. There was a kettle, microwave, a few mugs and small bowls. No utensils or pans for cooking. Fine if you want to make cup ramyun or eat takeout, but not if you want to prepare food beyond that.

호텔 내 티비가 안나와 프론트에 전화하려했더니 전화도 안됐어요 핸드폰으로 검색해 전화를 했더니 직원을 올려보내주셔 하는데도 안되서 다른 직원이 솔라왔어요 저는 사실 제 집에 다른 모르는 사람이 신발벗고 들어오는거 싫어하는데 고치긴해야되니 어쩔수 없이 견뎌서요 다른분이 오셨는데도 안되서 방을 그냥 바꿔주면 안되냐했더니서ㆍㄴ스있게 이미 다른 방키를 가지고 오셨더라고쇼 아무래도 경험치가 많으시니 이럴경우를 대비하신거 같아요 너무 친절하시고 매너가 좋으셔 기분이 좋았어이건 제 개인적인 말씀을 드리는건데 손님이 체크인 전 청소컨디션뿐 아니라 이런 기타 컨디션도 체크하시는게 좋을거같아요 그리고 ㄱ

중앙시장이랑 가까운건 좋았으나, 사진이랑 다르게 작은 느낌입니다. (캐리어 펼칠 공간이 없음) 그리고 제일 중요한건 ! 샤워기 헤드가... 많이 노후 됨... 씻다가 긁혀서 상처가 어마어마 하게 남았습니다 대충 봐도 10센치는 넘음 ㅠㅠ 교체 해달라고 전달했지만 똑같이 노후 돼서 최대한 조심히 씻었습니다... 흉터로 1년은 넘게 고생할 것 같은데 놀러갔다가 이게 무슨 봉변인지... 다시는 이용 안합니다 전

깔끔한 숙소 덕분에 편하게 잘 지냈습니다. 신축이라 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었고, 시장도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리라서 딱 좋았어요. 업그레이드도 해줘서 바다도 볼 수 있었어요! 다만 구석 쪽에서 약한 냄새가 났어요. 큰 불편함을 느낄 정도는 아니에요.

콤팩트한 사이즈의 깔끔한 숙소. 작지만 알찬 느낌의 숙소입니다. 바닷가 바로 앞이라 전경이 탁 트여서 너무 좋았구요, 접이식 일인용 매트리스도 생각보다 두툼하고 푹신해서 편했어요. 속초 여행은 처음이었는데 근처에 있는 속초중앙시장에서 만석닭강정 사다가 밤에 맥주 안주로 먹으니 넘 맛있었아요.

생각보다 4인실이 너무 협소하였고 주차하기가 불편했으며 체크인할때 신분증확인, 카드확인 등 숙소에 들어가기 전 기대감보단 경직된 맘이 들게 하더라구요... 아이들과 모처럼 간여행인데... 조식으로 문어국밥을 사와서 끓여먹을라고 했는데 냄비가 없어서... 침구등은 엄청 깨끗하고 청결했습니다.

또가고싶은 신축 오션뷰 넓고 편한 주차장

신축에 오션뷰, 거실주방과 분리된 침실, 아늑한 이불.베개,청결한 욕실, 향도 좋은 샴푸.바스,트리트먼트,핸드워시, 대형타월도 넉넉히 3장이나~~ 침실,거실 난방도 셋팅을 30도로 했는데 아주 따뜻하게 푹자고 개운했어요. 오피스텔형 호텔이라 세컨하우스 별장에 놀러온듯 정말 편안하고 아늑했어요. 소파, 의자, 테이블 등 공간 배치도 좋고 전자렌지, 커피포트, 와인잔, 와인 오프너 등 구비하고있어 와인을 즐기는 제게 제격이었어요. 숙소옆 과일가게 딸기,한라봉 사와서 먹으려는데 접시가 없어 조금 아셥. 여튼 펜션이 아니니 그릇까지 바라는건 욕심~^^ 무엇보다 넉넉한 지하주차장. 주차공간도 지하5층까지 아주 많고 진출입로도 넓은 신축 건물이라 전반적으로 깨끗하고 정말 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터도 4대나 운행해 바로바로 탈수있어 좋아요. 야경도 일출도 오션뷰가 정말 아름답구요. 걸어서 속초중앙시장이 가까워 먹고 놀기 정말 좋습니다. 속초 여행가면 또 재방문할께요.
