Good hotel overall. It was fairly central and easy to get to many areas. We had no issues walking and using the subway! The downstairs cafe was also great to grab a bite. The room was average - no windows (it said when we booked). The bed was not comfortable and very hard which was maybe the biggest negative. The room was very clean.

Great location, staff very helpful. The main issue we had was with the bathroom. There is a shower stall and a toilet stall in the bedroom, with frosted glass surrounding each stall. There is not a separate room with a door that can be closed. There is a curtain that can be pulled across the room to separate this bathroom area from the beds, but overall very little privacy. We often went downstairs to use the lobby bathroom instead, but it seems like they would close this overnight after around 10pm. Maybe ok if just travelling with immediate family, but we were also with a friend, so not ideal.

The room was well maintained, however small things like the shower curtain being too short, leading to water being all over the floor was annoying and potential hazard. The buffet breakfast was poor, little options. It was cheap but still not worth it. The Cafe at the lobby was a stand out by comparison. I liked the quieter location on the outskirts of Myeongdong. Close to certain landmarks, many walking distance. Thank you..

Had a really nice stay here and in a great location. Well connected with nearby subway lines, really close to Chyeonggyecheon Stream. The staff were all lovely and helpful (even when I was dumb enough to accidentally locked myself out of my room 😅). I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Seoul.

Great location. Close to the train station and food options in the area. Room was nice and clean. Shower curtain was a little short, so there was a lot of water leaking onto the floor. As the weather is cooler outside. The AC in the room was set to heating only mode and could not be changed to cooling, or at least I didnt figure out how to change it. It was way too hot in the room overnight. Other than those issues, the stay was great.
