One staff member was particularly knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for food, shopping, and places of interest around the hotel. The doormen were also very attentive and assisted us with our luggage. We were especially impressed by their kindness and professionalism, as they politely declined our offer of a tip. The café offered a wonderful selection of delicious buns and pastries, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel amenities were also excellent and contributed to a very comfortable stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The room was average - no windows (it said when we booked). The bed was not comfortable and very hard which was maybe the biggest negative. The room was very clean.

Had a really nice stay here and in a great location. Well connected with nearby subway lines, really close to Chyeonggyecheon Stream. Great location, staff very helpful. The main issue we had was with the bathroom. There is a shower stall and a toilet stall in the bedroom, with frosted glass surrounding each stall. There is not a separate room with a door that can be closed. There is a curtain that can be pulled across the room to separate this bathroom area from the beds, but overall very little privacy. We often went downstairs to use the lobby bathroom instead, but it seems like they would close this overnight after around 10pm. Maybe ok if just travelling with immediate family, but we were also with a friend, so not ideal.

The room was well maintained, however small things like the shower curtain being too short, leading to water being all over the floor was annoying and potential hazard. The buffet breakfast was poor, little options. It was cheap but still not worth it. The Cafe at the lobby was a stand out by comparison. I liked the quieter location on the outskirts of Myeongdong. Close to certain landmarks, many walking distance. Thank you..
