Amazing, check-in was effortless and I walked into a spotless room! Loved my stay here on a major road packed with restaurants and venues; it felt like such a safe and vibrant area of GDL! 5 stars for the staff who were so kind and super efficient. Air conditioning is super strong and quickly adjusts to your settings. There is a really nifty coworking space with patio and snacks that is only 190 pesos a day! No mosquitoes in my room (many airbnbs in Mexico have this issue..) The provided shampoo bottles are absolutely tiny however, so if needed bring your own - definitely bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. I found it slightly annoying that they only provided one floor and body towel, it would be nice to have a smaller face towel as well. You must ask for a hair dryer at the front desk, but that's not really an issue for me. However these are only small nitpicks, i absolutely loved my room and would stay here again!

Things you don't know until you get there: NO parking available, construction occurring directly in front of hotel making entrance difficult to find, nightclub on top floor of building, no coffee available anywhere on the premises and makers not provided, unfinished concrete floors not often swept or mopped, NOISE NOISE & MORE NOISE. I stayed 4 nts & didn't get 1 full night's sleep. This is due to a combination of poor construction (rugs would help, insulation between walls instead of just drywall and double pane the windows to dull street noise) and the nightclub. I was on the 5th floor and the nightclub is on the 9th. Noise travels well here, in all directions. We won't mention the drunken population leaving/returning between 2-4 am. Positives: STAFF - very friendly and eager to help, if possible. Prime location for restaurants & bars & nightlife. Directly adjacent to Centro Historico and other attractions. Budget friendly. This is a great place if you're seeking LOTS of nightlife at a budget price point. If you are seeking quiet at night and coffee in the morning - stay elsewhere and definitely off the main drag; Avenida Chapultepec.
