Room was gross. Had to buy my own towels and blankets to use. Left over soap in the shower. Dirty toilet and no trash can anywhere. Upon check in. Nobody was at the desk. Called the number posted on the door and he was over at the next block. I am not fond of this new employee... please bring the older gal back.

Room was clean and staff (only saw one person working all weekend) was friendly. This is definately a low frills place - old construction. Plumbing needs work - shower had 2 temperatures - ice cold abd scalding hot.

Best In Class Customer Service

I was pleasantly surprised at the immaculate cleanliness of the place. For a motel, I experienced the best in class customer service that far exceeded any motel let alone any hotel I have ever stayed at! The motel manager there was friendly, courteous, and on point with the overall operations of the place. She was excellent! I am so impressed with the staff that work here and how much they truly care about there residents and there job! I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for everything Travelers Inn!

Owner was very nice but the property is gross. Mold on ceilings, dirty walls, stained carpets. Hair in the tub. When my partner checked out one of the employees was smoking a cigarette in the office. Don't stay here.

The motel was very dirty broken Furniture in my room the toilet wouldn't flush when I pulled the sheets back to go to bed there was dirt in my bed when I took a shower the next morning before I left it went from extremely cold to extremely hot within a matter of seconds about burning the top of my head overall just a run-down dirty Motel wouldn't go back

The lady at the front desk was amazing. The rooms are very dated although the bedding did appear to be clean. The first room we had the toilet was leaking and the fridge was not clean. The second room we had the overhead light and tv did not work. The bathroom was missing a pane of glass.
