Excellent. Yah know… I’ve stayed in A lot of these types of hotels. I like them because my car is right there and it’s easy to unload and load. This hotel was really good. Very very clean, safe and close to everything. I wouldn’t call it a ten but 8.6 is accurate. Very comfy bed, and very clean room. Had a fridge and small tv. The staff was great. I wish it had a coffee maker but I have my own so not the worst. I would stay here again if in the area.

The room was basic and scrupulously clean. A sign outside said no bicycles in the room, however we could have taken our bikes in for an extra charge of $10 per bike. We didn't try the AC as it was not that hot. Good location, only a 5 minute drive to the harbour and many shops and restaurants. Can't beat it for the price. Our only complaint was we couldn't get the Blue Jays game on TV.

My wife and I did a day trip to Midland and the following day to the surrounding area. Our stayover preference was something reasonably priced and, most importantly, clean. Kings Motel was exactly that. We would recommend this place to anyone who's not expecting a lot of perks, just simple, and like I said ... clean accommodation close to everything. We will be back.
