The room was modern and well designed but way overpriced for the size fact there is no view b/c of frosted windows. It was like a beautiful jail cell. Also, check in was a nightmare. It’s in a totally different building and not easy to find.

We were initially registered in the Revelin but our room was a disaster. So the front desk was very apologetic and upgraded us to the Ulysses. It was such a surprise and a delight! Everyone was helpful and kind! We will definitely come back to the Ulysses!

Oh Nice Revellin was quiet, clean, and comfortable! The staff were helpful when I needed it and the property is nicely located within Ceuta near bars, restaurants, and the port. The room was small, but clean! My only complaint is the window was tinted preventing me from getting natural sunlight

The morden styed hotel is clean and compact. The facilty is practical to use. Pitty is no windows opened. The worst point is difficult to find, and had to apply to other hotel to ask to open the door. But I booked 3 hotels this time at Expedia, this hotel is the BEST!

No recomendaría este alojamiento a nadie. Nuestra estancia fue un despropósito desde el minuto uno: • Check-in caótico: Para empezar, no puedes hacer el registro en el mismo edificio; tienes que ir a otro hotel diferente. El proceso fue lentísimo y, tras conseguir por fin la llave, empezó la pesadilla. • Problemas con las llaves: Llegamos a nuestra habitación a las 2 de la madrugada, agotados, y la tarjeta no funcionaba, nos estaba dando las tarjeta del otro hotel. Tuve que volver al otro hotel a por una nueva dos veces. Al regresar, seguía sin funcionar. Tuvo que venir el recepcionista físicamente para traerme una tercera tarjeta. Un desprecio total por el tiempo y el descanso del cliente. • Habitaciones en mal estado: Por si fuera poco, la habitación de mis compañeros era inhabitable: olía muchísimo a humedad y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.Tuvieron que pedir un cambio de habitación esa misma noche porque era imposible quedarse allí. Buscad otra opción si queréis evitar una noche de estrés y paseos innecesarios.

Todo FATAL, para empezar pago un poco mas para que la habitación fuera exterior y con cama de matrimonio, me dan una interior con dos camas individuales, la puerta del baño corredera; rota, ni abrir ni cerrar, y para colmo sin agua caliente, la primera noche no nos podíamos duchar, llamo a recepción y me dicen que en 20 minutos llega, hasta el dia siguiente a las doce de la mañana no habia agua caliente, no me daban ninguna solución teniendo otras habitaciones con agua caliente disponible, el segundo dia pague el late check out 30 euros mas, para q la limpiadora entrara en la habitacion a las doce de la mañana sin ni siquiera llamar a la puerta estando en una habitación que nada mas q abres se ve toooda la habitacion, no hay derecho a nada de esto.
