Sunwing Kamala resort was perfect for a family break in Phuket. The hotel has a number of pools to choose from, slides, kids entertainment, and kids clubs for all ages. The location is perfect, situated on a beautiful stretch of beach, with lots of options for shopping and eating near by. 7 even 3 minute walk, a local night market Monday to Friday right outside, you cannot ask for more.

We had a great experience staying at Sunwing. First we stayed at their beach bungalow as our 3 children love to be close to the beach, then we moved to the pool access family deluxe rooms. Renelyn from customer service was amazing helping with room recommendation and managing all accommodations for us. the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. I will definitely stay there again.

This resort is amazing and by far the best resort we've stayed at. Our family had a great experience staying here for the 2nd time. Check in was quick and easy and the rooms are spacious, clean and the best were very comfortable. Plenty of pools and chairs so you never struggle to find a place to sit by the pool. The staff are incredible! So kind and helpful and always saying hello when you walk past. The Buffet breakfast was delicious with so many choices it never got boring. I really couldn't fault the resort or the staff. I will defintely be staying here again!

Not the nicest Sunwing we have been, but lovely place for the families. A lot of swimming pools and nice facilities all in all. Customer service was okay, not TOP service like usually in Thailand. Breakfast was quite average.

Should probably be rated 3 stars. The location is excellent and the pools are nice but it’s so noisy everywhere. It feels like the rooms are made of cardboard. You can hear everything. If you’re a light sleeper, this is not a place for you.
