We had a reservation with Hotel Sarazena. When we arrived they told us our room had a plumbing leak and that they could not accommodate us for the night, and immediately said they rebooked us with a room at the next door hotel. It was the Schloss and it was an upgrade to a 4 star hotel. We were astonished that they would take care of us in such a manner. We will return to Hotel Sarazena again to thank them for such outstanding customer service.

We had booked 2 rooms in this hotel. The hotel was clean, cute and close to the train station. The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was decent too. I would love to book this hotel again if and when we visit Zermatt again.

Perfect location right near the train station. The hotel is very clean and my room was nicely furnished. The price was reasonable for Zermatt and what stood out was the service. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I used the private steam room/sauna one day and it was wonderful after skiing. I'd gladly stay again.
