No water pressure or hot water

It is a fantastic place so beautiful and clean I would give 5 stars but there was no hot water or water pressure in shower we told hotel but the only response I go was turn the handle to the right but that did not work. It’s really a bummer because everything thing else was amazing the bed and sheets were incredible

Teh staff were friendly and helpful. Immediately upon booking I received a text message from the staff letting me know someone was there to help with any questions. checking in was easy and the hotel was very clean. The room, beds and bathroom were all clean and well kept. The free breakfast was a plus.

The decor is so well done and the common space is perfectly appointed. The fireplace and snowy scenes on the big screen were the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. So close to the restaurants and Mt. Snow!

Way exceeded expectations. The location is great, quick drive to Mt Snow for skiing. Tons of restaurants within a mile or two. Easy checkin and checkout, you register online and get a code to the door sent to you. Couldn’t be easier. The whole place is completely brand new and renovated. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Room and bathroom is BRAND NEW. Giant tv too. Will definitely be back.

The decor is very nice however the room and bathroom are too small and aren’t functional. No cable tv provided only a smart tv for you to use your own streaming services but the WiFi signal was not strong enough to watch anything. The bathroom was so small it was not functional. Absolutely no counter space just a sink. The sink was clogged and drained very slow. It took almost 15 minutes to get warm water in the shower no hot water. This property was not for us.
