This property is certainly not a hotel. It contains apartments that are serviced and maintained from a virtual distance. There is no one on a desk to welcome you or answer any queries you may have regarding your stay. I booked this accommodation upon the recommendation of its location and with the understanding that there would be a washer and dryer available. When I arrived, I was told through a messaging centre that these facilities were not available in my unit and did not offer a remedy regarding my issue. Housekeeping and clean towels are provided upon request. The apartment was very modern and in a good location with a very unattractive view.

The room is very clean and well furnished with washing machine, coffee and some nice chocolates. AC and Wi-Fi work fine. I had some technical issues with the chat in Expedia so I couldn't receive the instructions to pick up the key and the fob from the box. I called the hotel staff and they were very helpful. Problem was resolved a few minutes later. I would certainly come back and I recommend it.

The place is well situated, security is also god but the beds are very uncomfortable they are so hard it’s like sleeping on concrete, and it always smells cigarette smoke in the condo but most in the master bedroom, maybe it’s the condo upstairs? Responses and management are very good.

Not all of the room choices include laundry machines. The shower is effective but treacherous. There are no hand rails at all, no shower mat to reduce the slippery floor, and the step out of the shower is almost a foot high. Trying to stand on one foot to wash the other is not a good idea without a hand rail. Getting out can be challenging to deadly if your foot slips. Rails and a step would help. I note this to document liability in case someone injures themself.

The unit was clean, well laid out, all the pieces needed to enjoy the stay were readily available. The only piece I think would be more desirable is if there was a second Fob to get into the building to allow for 2 guests to come more easily. But that was the only a minor issue.

We really enjoyed our ladies trip stay at this property. We booked the Presidential suite which had 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, ideal for kids or petite adult. The house was furnished with tea and coffee and all the things you needed if you wanted to cook. They also supplied bathroom shower essentials. It was easy to find and right outside the Chinatown gate sign. We walked right outside to look for food, the options are endless. Check in was straight forward and high-tech. Parking was also available right beside the property although a bit pricey at $33 overnight but downtown Montreal is always like that. This will become our go to spot for our next ladies weekend trip in Montreal. Highly recommend this place.

Very fresh and clean and modern. There were 3 of us and it was nice to have 2 separate bedrooms. Property is in Chinatown and it was interesting to partake of that culture. Metro near by. Hotel does not have a front desk and advises they will send an online registration and check-in information within 48 hours of check-in time. I called 2 days in advance to confirm that the registration link and instructions would be sent and was assured that it would be. On the day of arrival, I still did not have any registration or check-in information and called once again at 1:00pm (3 hours before check-in time) to ask for the information, and they again assured me it would be sent before check-in time. I arrived at 3:45pm (15min before check-in time), and no instructions had been sent. I called 3 times and no answer. I received automated texts that I responded to with all my booking and reservation information, and was told "We're looking into this for you" with no resolution. I was with my family on a hot afternoon, my daughter suffers from asthma, and we did not have any water while waiting. Both my partner and I called over 10 times with no answer. Finally the hotel sent the information OVER an hour past check-in time, which made us late to the event we were travelling for in the first place. Completely irresponsible communication and unacceptable especially for a hotel without a front desk or in-person check-in. Unfortunately we did not have any other hotel options as we paid with points and did not have any left over to switch hotels last minute. We will NOT be returning and are very disappointed with the lack of refund or compensation offers.
