I booked a small interior room which was rather cramped and, in reflection, a mistake. However the cheerful staff made me feel very welcome. Room apart the surroundings are very relaxing and quietly jazz themed. A comfortable place to unwind after a day's sightseeing. I am biased, it's the 3rd time I've used this hotel.

This hotel was in a great location and very central to all the city attractions! The queen bed basic room seemed to be newly upgraded, but it was surprising to find that there was no real bathroom! The sink and vanity was steps away from the bed, and the shower and toilet areas were doors next to each other and open to the room. Very open concept due to the small space. The bathroom areas were clean and in great condition. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! If you are looking for a simple hotel room in a great location, this is the one for you!

According to the hotels.com ad, we should have had a separate bathroom and the room should be soundproof. The room was very tight with shower and sink in the bedroom with just a separate wc. And not soundproof. The room was much smaller than advertised by hotels.com. The hotel has a great location and very friendly straff.

Lovely stay for the Lisbon Half Marsthon, staff were all super friendly, room comfortable and perfect location and not noisy given your right in the centre on town. We loved the free water, welcome drink and that the bar didn’t feel like a hotel bar. Perfect location for exploring the city and close to the metro if arriving from the airport at any time. Only think we found frustrating was the lack of towel hooks in the bathroom and the soap being changed everyday was a bit wasteful. You can hear neighbours plugging in things which was a bit odd the first night but these are only tiny niggles!! Would def stay again.

This is amazing hotel right in the town centrum. Beautyful spacieus rooms and overall beautiful hotel with great staff. The bar on ground floor has good selection of food and great drinks. They have Happy Hours daily from 16-20 :)
