It was a great location, very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was great. The hotel setup our Auschwitz tour and kindly provided us with a hearty lunch to take. Food area right beside the hotel. The only issue we had was that the room was slightly warm, but in fairness we never talked to the front desk about it so possibly our problem.

Lovely room, actually 2 ajoining rooms, because we were 3. So lots of space. Nice and clean, and if you want cleaning or clean towels during the stay, you have to let the staff know. Saves water! We could walk to everything we wanted to see, and used uber a few times. Our rooms had view on a very old jewish cementary, and there were a few old synagogs around the corner. Go see them. Every room has a mezouza :)

We stayed at Hotel Eden for one night on the 5th June 2025. The hotel is inside an old building within the Jewish quarter of Krakow. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Our room, on the first floor, was compact with essentially space for a double bed and a bathroom. The room was clean and well presented with a view over a dining courtyard. Some hotels can be very noisy in large cities, but our stay was very peaceful and quiet which we appreciated. Breakfast for 2 was included within our price and this was an excellent selection of Polish and continental cuisine. There was also facility to leave your luggage while you go and visit Krakow. Overall, a very pleasant albeit short stay at the hotel and great value for money.

The a/c in my room did not work. It took two days to get another room. Minor annoying details needed to be fixed. The breakfast was excellent. Overall it does rate three stars as advertised.
