No check in staff. Thankfully one of the workman contacted someone because they were on a 3 hour lunchbreak. Shower did not drain. We had no towels in our room. Room is comfortable and slept well. So that has upped the rating.

2/10 Poor

We did not get towels or soap and were unable to take shower. There was barely enough toilet paper. The reception person was just there at check-in at 6pm, then reception was closed when we left at 9am. Contacted the phone for reception many times but go tesponse. This place is the worst.hotel.lifeThere was a number to call but no response

No towels, no soap. Had to go and ask for them at 10 pm when I wanted to take a a shower. They are still under construction, so noisy and dusty.

Petite chambre double a l'etage.
