Needs renovation bad

Hotel definitely not a 4 star not even a 3, barely a 2-star. Room was in poor condition, shower didn’t work well, walls all scratched up. Door was barely hanging on. Restaurant staff 2 male servers were only good thing, super friendly. Right off the beach but can’t go in water due to all the sharks. Close to shopping mall but that’s it.

It was very very average. We didn't have our room "organized" for the first 4 days. Sure we could have asked, but should we need to? And, in honesty this isn't a huge issue for us. Just more of a note for others. Elevators were extremely slow. We might stay there again.

Chave não funcionava, sem geladeira no apto, não tem lugar pra comprar uma água, não tem lugar pra refrigerar nada. Água quente falhou, TV não funcionava e no final apareceu uma barata no apto. Enfim, experiência bem ruim em relação a expectativa e anúncios. Acredito que seja algo relacionado especificamente a unidade que me disponibilizaram, pois parece ser uma administração de multi propriedades, cada apto de algum proprietário diferente, e cada um tem seu próprio cuidado. Contudo não deveriam alugar opções que questões abaixo do mínimo aceitável. enfim, uma pena, era pra descansar e aproveitar, acabamos ficando “largados” e desconfortáveis.

A tv não tem controle, o q me impossibilitou de assistir qquer coisa , o quarto está velho e destruído, ar condicionado barulhento, não tem um cobertor e a recepção fala q eles não tem acesso a nada. Já fiquei em vários aptos aqui e esse com certeza é o pior. Destaque para a limpeza q está mto bem feita .
