No respetaron la reserva y nos querían mandar como opción a Irapuato tanto hoteles.com como el hotel de muy mala reputación MISION EXPRÉSS CELAYA que después vimos todas las pésimas valoraciones, realmente muy decepcionados porque no nos reembolsaron lo pagado. Entre ambas empresas se pasaron la responsabilidad y dejaron en un estado de limbo a un servidor junto con 2 familias más que tuvimos que reservar y pagar a precio de ese mismo día en otro hotel y solo tuvimos de respuesta del hotel pues es la única opción que podemos darles mandarlos a Irapuato es decir a 45 minutos y. Hoteles.com solo dijeron que el hotel no iba a regresar el dinero. Muy mala postura de tratar en estos tiempos al cliente cuando hay muchas opciones y lamentablemente por el servicio que anteriormente me había dado a través de la plataforma de hoteles.com uno continuaba eligiendo a la plataforma. Nunca había pasado esta situación de dejarnos sin alojamiento y sin rembolsarnos
