A nice, good value hotel in a great location for walking, medieval towns and the Yellow Train. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the spa was closed while we were there (staffing problems). The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable although our shower was a bit cramped and awkward to use.

Very strange experience

While the property is nice and the location is as good as advertised, the stay was very subpar, highlighted by two glaring problems: 1) Absolutely no staff on Sunday for our arrival. No front desk staff to check in, no guest services for questions - nobody. 2) No air conditioning made the spacious room uninhabitable, and sleep was incredibly hard to come by during the terrible heatwave that the region was experiencing when we were there.

Sí que es verdad que parece un poco anticuado el edificio, y le haría falta un poco de modernización. Pero si no se van buscando lujos, cumple con las necesidades.

La chambre est mal insonorisée, le bac de douche minuscule et le mobilier très anciens, notamment dans la salle d'eau ou le meuble vasque est détérioré par l'humidité. La literie est moyenne et les coussins peu confortables. Pas de climatisation donc obligés d'ouvrir la fenêtre mais et pas mal de bruit à l'extérieur. Je ne trouve pas que cela soit un bon rapport qualité/prix. En revanche le personnel est très sympathique et chambre propre.

Les chambres ne correspondent aux photos. Nous pensions être dans un hôtel quelconque et nous étions dans un hôtel de cure thermale plutôt vétuste. Ascenseur présent appréciable pour 5 ème étage Les chambres étaient néanmoins correctes sauf pour fenêtres vétustes ( demande de la réception de ne pas ouvrir malgré température chaudes) , rideaux tissus inadaptés ( pas d'isolation lumière, chaleur et bruits) . Pas de climatisation. Petit déjeuner : produits surgelés, yaourt ou jus de fruits pour 10 € . On n'y reviendra pas .

Todo fue satisfactorio, respecto la habitación aunque resultó funcional me sorprendió el funcionamiento y poco actualizado de los grifos, el lavabo con agua caliente y fría en posición opuesta a la estándar y por ello poco intuitiva, el grifo de la ducha anticuado, no termostático y de muy mal facto, aunque funciona, debería ser sustituido. Por lo demás todo bien, trato, limpieza ... Respecto a la página de fr.hoteles me he sentido agobiado, continuos mensajes de promociones ofertas etc. No son deseados y como información con uno es suficiente, desde mi punto de vista tanta insistencia me produce rechazo.
