Great breakfast and well priced hotel. Everything was good except the distances/travel time to local highlights as reported on hotels.com were inaccurate. Still a good place to stay

Absolutely the place to stay in Ayodhaya when visiting Ram Janambhoomi temple. Close to airport, plenty of Uber and other transportation. Very eager and helpful staff from front desk, restaurant to housekeeping. Kudos to Uzawaal in the restaurant and Anjali Chaurasia in house keeping… taking care of all special food needs and also remain hydrated with plenty of bottled water in room to beat the brutal heat!

The stay was comfortable and the staff was courteous. One thing that I saw was that the restaurant staff are too stiff in accommodating small request like pack a few parathas etc. they wanted to charge extra money for that, while a similar request at a Taj Lucknow restaurant got a totally different treatment. The restaurant manager personally got two separate packs of parathas and pickle packed for us, given that we were visiting from abroad and were vary of eating at smaller restaurants. These small thinks wins customer loyalty.

6/10 Good

This hotel is the best Ayodhya’s got, however bit far from temple. They do not answer the phone or have experienced staff. Our rooms were not assigned as requested and we had to push very hard. Food was mediocre as well in restaurant. Rooms were comfortable and housekeeping, service and warmth were welcome.

Location is near to visit Ram and near to guptha ghat. The staff are lacking in English which is a minus point. Since Ayodhaya is is welcoming visitor from all around the world the staff should be encouraged to learn English. Other than that everything is perfect.

4/10 Fair

The hotel is clean and the amenities is very acceptable. The problem lies with the staff mostly. Below is a list of my experiences that was not nice. (1)2 towels for 4 persons- reported it, it took over 8 hours to be resolve. (2) Continuous power outages (3) I booked 5 rooms, but the staff told me 4. (4) This is a disco, not a hotel. (5) The Internet is not working. (6)Not enough of pillows, sheets. [1/21, 9:05 PM] Mahadeo Ramroop: Breakfast started from 7.22 am rather than 700 am. [1/21, 9:47 PM] Mahadeo Ramroop: In a complimentary breakfast, you have to pay for orange juice.

6/10 Good

It’s a brand new hotel in an so-so location and badly needs improved management. The rooms are right next to each other like a hostel. Rooms are designed and furnished nicely. Dining room staff is lost, confused and needs extensive training to run it smoothly. At checkout one single person was trying to handle check-ins, transportation and checkouts. Everyone was frustrated.

Awesome & super tasty lunch, we are very satisfied with all food items. however do not order South indian items, they are not that great. I would also suggest to install towel place holder with in shower area, with out this we have to walk around and there is a risk to skid and get injured. Hence I request management to install Towel place holders in shower place.
