The hotel has good facilities and environment, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there is nowhere to go around the hotel and there are not many activities. Also, there is only one road, so sometimes when someone block the road and protest, the road to the airport is blocked and you miss your flight, which is an inconvenient situation.

A surprise in a good way coming here with my partner and newly adopted Colombian dog! Very dog friendly despite being a luxurious property… we stayed in a standard villa and the place was gorgeous, great lighting and very comfortable. The staff are sweet and helpful. I’ll be back with a larger group next time to try a larger villa. Only thing that wasn’t great, was the room service burger, but the food at the beach restaurant was good and the breakfast is a fantastic selection and well done! Thanks for a great stay and making us all comfortable.

It was a great hotel overall. We traveled with our family and booked two villas, which worked out perfectly for us. The food was very good, and we had a wonderful time. The staff was responsive and helpful, though the level of service isn’t ultra-luxury—but that’s understandable given the natural, remote setting. One of the things we appreciated most was how close you feel to nature while still feeling safe for kids. There were no concerns about dangerous wildlife, and the property is very family-friendly. The bathrooms could use some upgrades, but they were functional. Another nice touch is that the hotel allows you to order items from town, which makes your stay more convenient and flexible. Overall, we’d rate this a solid 4 stars and would recommend it for families looking for a relaxing, nature-focused getaway.

Un hotel excelente en medio de la belleza de la naturaleza propia del parque Tayrona. Con una atención excelente, entre la que destaco a Andrea en el restaurante Playa y Camelia en la recepción, se puede disfrutar de unas instalaciones maravillosas y disfrutar de Palomino y sus alrededores. Desde el hotel te ayudan a coordinar planes turísticos y transporte. No dudaría en volver al hotel Naio para visitar de nuevo la zona del parque Tayrona. De destacar igualmente la calidad de la comida.. excelente.

Das Naio Hotel y Villas ist ein sehr schönes Resort direkt am Meer mit tollen Pools, eigenem Strandabschnitt, Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Bar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption funktioniert unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Englisch wird allerdings nur wenig gesprochen. Auch das Fitnessstudio ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Unsere Villa war schön eingerichtet und komfortabel. Den privaten Poolbereich haben wir kaum genutzt, da er durch die vielen Bäume wenig Sonne bekommt und die Holzliegen ohne Polster nicht zum längeren Verweilen einladen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war zudem sehr gering. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und ausreichend; gesunde Cerealien und Joghurt wären eine schöne Ergänzung. Bei vielen Gästen wirkt der Service etwas unorganisiert – eine klarere Aufgabenverteilung könnte die Abläufe verbessern. Im Selva Playa haben wir zweimal sehr gut zu Abend gegessen. Palomino selbst bietet eher einfache Restaurants und ansonsten nicht allzu viel, ist aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, z. B. zum Tayrona-Nationalpark. Die zutraulichen, friedlichen Hunde des Resorts haben uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ort für entspannte Tage am Meer!

Las instalaciones en general muy bonitas, pero ya empiezan a deteriorarse por el uso. Una silla de la piscina se pudrió y me caí al sentarme. El servicio del restaurante casa playa demorado. Desayuno muy bien. Zancudos por cantidades. Ofrecieron descuento en comidas, y solo me hicieron descuento en una cena.
