Very friendly owner(s), clean and somewhat spacious room. Very quiet area. Property was great, but a word to the wise: there is nowhere in town to get a coffee or something for breakfast. Bring your own, there is a fridge and a water kettle. (I know that breakfast is not included; I just was not prepared that there was nowhere in town to get some.)

This was a last minute booking and I was glad to find a place to sleep. I had a hard time finding the place - it is located behind some other buildings - and had to contact the host for help getting there. There was a lockbox and I never actually saw any people. The room itself was OK. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was minimalist. There was a small fridge which was not plugged in when I arrived, which made sense (energy savings) but when I did plug it in it made super weird noises all night. I ended up unplugging it. Being a solo traveler, I did not really feel comfortable having the window open but luckily it was not too warm that day. This was a good place to stay for one night and overall I think I really good deal.

Meget slidte og snavsede (alger) havestole. Masser af ukrudt på gangareal. Meget snavsede vinduer. Pænt rent på værelse og badeværelse, men lys både i badeværelse og over spisebord virkede ikke. AC dryppede meget vand på gulvet og det eneste vi kunne tørre op med var vores håndklæder. Ejer gav os adgang til nye håndklæder, men afhjalp ikke problem med lys. Vandhane i håndvask løs. Det er et pænt stort værelse med spisebord og 4 stole, stort TV og køleskab med god plads. Hvis ejer Johannes får styr på manglerne er det bestemt et OK sted til prisen.

Værelset var rent og sengene gode. Så et ok overnatningssted for to. Alt bærer præg at at være restaureret hurtigt. Ingen udenomsfaciliteter og intet personale; kun kontakt pr sms. Det er ikke et sted for børn, og man skal til Gråsten for at handle.
