Quiet property, pleasant staff, 20 minute walk to old town, a Lidl grocery is almost next door.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was good. It has pretty good views, is close to a lot of stores, restaurants and a mall. The mattress wasn't my favorite. It was too firm for me. The breakfast was great. It was a traditional buffet style Romanian buffet.

4/10 Fair

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on the springs of the mattress. Asked for a mattress topper or something similar. Totally ignored. Spa pool had too much chlorine in & eyes started to burn. Good sauna. Coffee machine at breakfast was Luke warm & only filled halfway. Big selection of food at breakfast. No milk provided with coffee making facilities in room. Asked for milk & was told kitchen was closed. Staff had no knowledge about local attractions

6/10 Good

Ask to stay in the new section and not facing the busy road. Old section was VERY rundown…carpet’s peeling off. If I went to Braşov again, I would stay closer to town. The gym and spa….were not as advertised. Staff was disinterested and did the bare minimum. Breakfast was good and the free parking is what swayed us to stay a little further away from downtown.

Recommend this place without any reservations.

The hotel has a good location for walking around and grocery stores, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend using the restaurant in the hotel as the food is absolutely delicious and portions are large. Menu is varied and has something for everyone..The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The room we had, a family suite had parking included and it is onsite. The view was fantastic at night.

Hotel is great, nice staff, good breakfast but no AC in 3star wing is definitely an issue during hot months

Great choice!

Great choice! The hotel is located in a quiet area, 15 min walk from the busy Center and the Black church. It’s new, very clean, with a very nice breakfast. The front desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the whole experience. I’ll recommend this place to all my friends.

Beautiful large room with separate living area. Clean bathroom and private entrance through a small balcony. The hotel underwent renovations, but the disturbance was made as small as possible.

10/10 Exceptional

Our stay here was great. We were made to feel welcome and the staff were very helpful when we needed them. We had a deluxe double room which was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the old town one way and 15 minutes from a big shopping centre the other. The spa facilities were OK, the jacuzzi was a good size. We had breakfast and the choices were OK, enough for us. The bar had a reasonable selection of drinks but we didn't eat in the restaurant. On return to Brasov would definitely stay here again.

Very nice but our room did not have a mountain view as promised.

Great hotel. Central, nice clean room and ample parking. BUT… breakfast really disappointing. Poor selection. Awful coffee. Fruit juice ran out. And really grumpy breakfast staff. Such a shame.

6/10 Good

The hotel is ok, but definitely not a 4 star. Pro’s: Good location Con’s: The bed was uncomfortable. No enclosed shower, just an open tub, with dirty jets, taking a shower meant the water splashing everywhere. WiFi reception was terrible. Definitely not soundproof. Breakfast just ok.
