Staff was friendly and everyone I spoke to spoke english. My only complaint was some areas had a bit of a fishy smell and the AC that was advertised did not seem to work. Other than that my stay was very pleasant! The property is about a kilometer walk from the tram and the area is not noisy!

The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget.

Great staff! Comfortable rooms

From the moment we arrived, the two ladies at the front desk set a super welcoming vibe. They were very personable and helpful. Going back to the front desk later, we got a great recommendation for dinner from the guy who was on the later shift. What has been amazing though is their above-and-beyond help in getting my daughter's AirPods back to her in Canada. It ended up that I needed a shipping label printed, the AirPods packed, and then the whole thing dropped at the post office. They were supportive and patient throughout, and once I got the order figured out, they took care of the rest for me. For the room, we booked for three people and were surprised - after their help checking us in an hour or so early - to find our room was really two rooms, each with their own bathroom (YAY! AMAZING with a teenage daughter!), joined by a kitchenette! We weren't aware of the student housing concept but just thought it was a hotel-type accommodation, so once we knew that, it made a lot of sense. We dined one night in the common area, which is a cool space with amenities. We wished we would have made it to the rooftop, but the rain. Next time. It seemed like a bit of a strange location at first, but easy access to both Montpellier and Lattes, and all the other places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.

Acceuil chaleureux , au top , chambre propre moderne, neuf , cuisine fonctionnel, le seul problème c'est que le tram est situé un peu loin ,mais quand on dépend des transport , qu'on fait beaucoup plusieur aller et venu, ca fait beaucoup de marche , et juste 1 problème, je rentre au petit matin je met pancarte de pas déranger et qu'au matin on frappe pour nettoyer ma chambre ??? O café-da-manhã era muito bom; o quarto foi bom, espaçoso; o estacionamento foi tranquilo. O local é que é meio "estranho" (parece ser uma zona industrial), com bastante mosquitos (não abra a janela) e o wi-fi era razoável.
