It’s a charming hotel, very central. Quiet at night, a comfortable bed, we had everything we needed in the room ! The staff are very friendly, gave us good tips for walking around. Delicious breakfast options are available just a stone's throw from the hotel.

This is the perfect stay in Galway! Walkable to everything, and Mary is so hospitable. She has the best recommendations for how to spend your time. The room was very comfortable for our group of 3, we had plenty of space to spread out. Wish we were in Galway for longer. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location once it's found. There is another hotel with same name, so we had to go out of our way to find this one. Once there, we realized it was extremely easy to get to from train and bus stations. Very accessible to the happening downtown.

The staff is lovely and the rooms are clean and fairly comfortable. The location is within a few minute walk of everything! Amazing location. Unfortunately, that meant very loud music outside until midnight, even though there was no obvious night club in sight. The walls seem very thin and we could hear people walking and the building creaking throughout the night. We expected some noise, but we were unlucky with the amount of it our night. Bring your headphones and you’ll be fine!

Decent stay, but the AC needs immediate attention Everything about our stay was acceptable—the room and the shower were actually a bit larger than standard, which was a nice plus. However, we had a major issue with the air conditioning. It made an extremely loud, high-pitched noise that made it impossible to sleep. We had to turn it off completely and spend the night in a hot room. It definitely needs to be repaired.

The hotel staff was fine. When I came down to ask for hand tails, she was not super helpful and told me I didn’t follow directions on how to get clean towels. The room was fine. I stayed for the price. It was what it was however, there were stains on the walls and no hand towels and internet stopped working, and I knew parking had to be outside, but I didn’t realize how far away the most convenient and affordable parking would be.
