I travel to Thailand quite often, and every time I visit, I always make sure to stop in Ayutthaya to meet my friends. During this trip, I stayed at Centara Hotel Ayutthaya from April 7 to April 11, with a reservation that included breakfast. The breakfast is always enjoyable, but what truly made my stay memorable was the incredible kindness and warm hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Kae, Goy, and Khawoat. Their bright smiles every morning made the start of my day very happy. What impressed me the most was that they remembered me as a returning guest and even remembered what I requested before, kindly preparing it for me each morning. This level of care, attention, and sincerity is something you do not easily find. Even now, after returning home to Korea, I still remember their smiles and kindness. Small moments like these are what make travel truly meaningful. Because of them, my trip to Ayutthaya became warmer, happier, and more memorable. They truly represent the heart of Thai hospitality. If you visit Ayutthaya, I highly recommend staying at this hotel and meeting these wonderful staff members. They will make your stay even more special. I am Lee from Korea, and I stayed here from April 7 to April 11. I sincerely hope to see Kae, Goy, and Khawoat again on my next visit. Thank you for making my trip unforgettable.

Our suite room was excellent, big bathroom and wardrobe. The swimming pool was nice, but it is a shame that it is not possible to order a coffee up there, neither from the bar or the restaurant at the same floor.

Nice room design, but very difficult to figure out and memorize light switch controls. At breakfast there were no coffees cups available for nearly 10 minutes. Coffee must always be the top priority at breakfast!

Everything about this place is fantastic. Near the mall and near all historic sites. Professional staff. Room clean and the view is fantastic. Small issues, the AC on the 10th floor do not get as cold as fast as other hotels I stayed at. But not a big deal. Definitely will come back.

As always, Centara is the perfect and only choice for me when visiting Ayutthaya! From the most friendly and helpful staff to the clean rooms and excellent responses to any problem you might have, you never have to want for anything. Before I left today I just sat in front of the window and watched a flock of cranes or herons play in the wind gusts, so beautiful! I’m on my way to Bangkok before I go home and I am already missing Centara!

Centara Ayutthaya is by far the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! The staff is so friendly and helpful and they work so hard to make everything perfect! The room was spotless and the cleaning staff was perfect especially in responding to requests. Had a delicious breakfast every morning as well. The omelettes were absolutely amazing! Sometimes I catch myself staring out at the beautiful view from my room daydreaming about how I wish I could live here. I would never stay anywhere else in Ayutthaya but Centara!
