K & E is truly unbeatable for basic lodging in South Snohomish County. The remodel they did is superb, and the staff are very friendly/helpful.

Very basic motel but notably very clean and easy parking facilities on site. The proprietors are clearly proud of their establishment. A stay is worth considering if budget accommodation is required.

This is a clastic motor lodge that was recently remodeled in 2023. The rooms are super clean and tech friendly. All new windows reduce street noise . For the price it’s the best

I've stayed at a bunch of hotels in the area and this was hands down the best place to stay while still being affordable. Staff is amazing and the rooms are spotless. This will be my go to place in the future !

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was courteous. The temperature of the room was adjustable. A grocery store, restaurants, and bus stops were within easy walking distance. The staff gave me a firm pillow, after I mentioned that the ones on the bed were too squishy.

This is a gem. Very clean, easy and safe parking, a good t.v. and a bathtub with plenty of hot water. My husband had to stay overnight at the nearby hospital and I was so happy to find K and E Motel, so much so that we came back the next night to stay when he was released. The staff was great too!

Pros- Clean room, (believe it or not) quiet room and air conditioner, decent shower, nice linens on bed, decent pillows, great location, easy booking and check in and a really easily affordable price. Cons- Super basic (to the point of being a bit sterile-there wasn't even a picture on the wall), no adapters or clock radio (to set alarm to), no check in after 9pm. Thanks to all who have commented on this property before me. I still had a few doubts but was happy I took the chance. I cannot recommend this place enough-for what it is-which was exactly what I wanted and hope to see more of. A simple, clean, safe, quiet bed for the night. I have stayed in some hotels and had a worse night...I like motels for what they are and would like to see them make their way back like this one. When traveling, sometimes all you want/need is that safe, clean, quiet bed for the night. I'm not hanging around for the amenities...travelling! Thanks again to whoever put int he work to bring this one back to life.
