The hotel is really close to the mosque and a close walking distance. It's well located but just a bit hard to find. You need to search for Al Mukhtara diamond hotel. The room was well kept and clean and it came with a fridge and freezer .

Check in and Check out process were very easy and smooth. The staff came to check if we needed anything. They were very helpful and considerate. The hotel is very close to Masjid Nabawi, Masjid Al Ghamama, Masjid Abi Bakr Sidiqque and Masjid Ali in Talib. The hotel is very close to other local amenities and you are able to get everything of your needs. They offered additional laundry service. Excellent service. I would return to this hotel in future and I would highly recommend it to others.

Great experience, first time ever I saw check out at 2pm after Zhour prayer! I loved it. Very close to the prophet's mosque. The Zhour Athan woke me up and I was still able to make it to Salah on time! That's how close it is. Staff is pretty helpful.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property. The experience started poorly due to the unwelcoming and rude behavior of the reception staff. The staff member I interacted with, who was Arabic-speaking, was particularly unwelcoming and did not make me feel comfortable or valued as a guest. The room itself was just okay, but cleanliness was also an issue. One of the towels had an unpleasant smell, and I even found women’s hair on it. The biggest disappointment was the lack of hot water. Despite pressing the hot water button and waiting more than 12 hours, there was still no hot water available. Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, and basic room facilities were disappointing. A hotel should at least provide clean towels, working hot water, and welcoming customer service. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet those basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
