Really nice and clean apartment with everything you would need! Great value for money, easy to access, good location, fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom. Not a nice view from the windows but otherwise nothing to complain about!

Great location! Cute little apartment, just wish it had a little couch. Would stay there again.

A nice aparment in central riga. Clean, quiet, except for the local seagulls, which you need to be bit careful about when parking. The aparment had bit weird layout, but not so much to be a problem, and the QR code lock took some getting used to. Overall, very nice experience. Would visit again.

A squeaky sounds is herd whenever someone walks in the apartment above. The bed is also not the most comfortable one. The apartment was very spacious with everything you need for your stay, but did not look like the pictures posted when booking (standard apartment ). Sink was clogged upon arrival, but fixed the next day by a plumber. Very central and within walking distance to shopping and sightseeing.

Really pleased with this apartment. Great location near the station and old town. Clean. Good amenities in the flat. Good price. Only grumble is it’s a bit confusing to find initially and could do with more signage showing where each room is. But it’s easy once you know where you’re going.

My stay at this hotel apartment was truly one of the best living experiences I have ever had in Riga. The place was exceptionally clean, and it had everything needed for cooking — from a washing machine and dishwasher to a large refrigerator and all necessary kitchen equipment. I was honestly amazed by how well‑organized and thoughtfully managed everything was. The apartment even had a large ironing board, and the bathroom floor heating made it extremely comfortable. Since I tend to feel cold, they kindly provided an additional radiator just for me, which I deeply appreciated. Overall, the quality, comfort, and attention to detail were outstanding. I would confidently rate this place as Excellent.

The check in process / procedure was time consuming and fiddly - that really needs sorting out, or if it cannot be sorted out easily, go back to having a reception desk! Sometimes messages to the host were replied to quickly, other times replies took ages. With the temperature for the last couple of nights it is worth noting that the apparent does not have air conditioning, there was a fan which was useful. The apartment had everything that we expected. There was confusion with luggage lockers at check out, and we were given a code to a locker that already had somone else's bag in it - something else that probably wouldn't have happened if there was a reception desk.

Our stay at this property was flawless, and we will certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Riga. It's within walking distance to many tourist attractions, restaurants, markets and etc!

6/10 Good

Very spacious and clean. Had most of what you might need for an apartment stay. A few issues: the Internet was very spotty and kept dropping. I wouldn’t stay again if I needed to work here. My room faced a courtyard and people smoked there, which meant even cracking the window let in the smoke and smelled bad. I got my check in information later than promised - I was still able to get in the apartment when I needed to, but if it will be sent at 3pm I expect it at 3pm.

It was spotless, comfortable and the code entry efficient. We couldn’t get the stovetop to work the second morning.

The apartment was as described, clean, well fitted, and in a very good location. Only very minor thing was that we would have appreciated some sponges to clean with (we bought some) and possibly some additional cooking items like a strainer. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Recomended

We had some problems with check in due to travel delays and poor internet service, but a very nice recptionist (Karina - tank´s) came by and helped us even though the reception was closed. The apparment was very nice and clean, and I like the central location.

Close to everything and worth your money

The apartment was very nice and big, we were 4 adults in the family room and that worked great. Big nice toilet and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen have everything you need and check in with the app was smooth. The apartment could have been cleaned a bit better before arrival, and that brings down the overall rating a bit. There was also a very weird smell in the apartment, not sure what it was. But nothing that bothered us too much but if you’re sensitive this is not ideal. It’s super central and you have everything within walking distance which was very nice.
