Check in process was super easy and staff were extremely helpful pre-check in and during our entire stay. Loved we had our own washing machine and dryer. Good location, close to chadstone Shopping Centre. Cups in cupboard were not clean & had to scrub them with scoura & Washing machine powder. This may have been due to a guest who didn't bother to clean cups & just put them into the cupboard dirty. Room was very small would be better to remove the table and the office chair on wheels.

Reasonable sized room. Bed was comfortable, nice shower. Lower floor near the road is noisy, upper room above the car park is quiet. Restaurant is meant to be good and was busy, but we didn't try it. Furniture in our room was old and tatty. If you pay for parking, you have to use a key to get a pole down, which is a bit cumbersome.
