Incredible Staff greeted us after a long travel day. After flying from Denver we landed to find out our accommodations previously booked were no longer available. Kili Seasons Hotel saved the day and we were able to transfer our booking to their hotel and they even arranged a shuttle from the airport for us. After a long passport control line on top of an already big travel day, arriving at Kili Seasons to warm and friendly staff made the day feel worth it. We were offered hot vegetable soup (sooo delicious) and a spacious clean room that had us smiling as we went to bed. All of the staff were so helpful the next morning in scheduling a shuttle to our next hotel, helping us with bags, and making sure our relaxing morning was perfect. Breakfast was yummy and the staff are all eager to help make sure you have a wonderful stay, highly recommend this place!

Lovely resort hotel.

Great Hotel with friendly staff. Very clean with comfortable bedding. Many options for activities through the desk. Yes, a 15 min dirt road into the property… consider it a bonus mini-safari. I saw many birds and a dik-dik!

Great property and excellent service from very friendly staff. Worth noting it is a long way from Arusha township so it’s an expensive taxi ride (USD80) each way to go to the township. Roads into hotel are very rough. Otherwise it was excellent location
