One of the best rooms I’ve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Weren’t rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.

We were just in town one night on our way elsewhere. It was fun to explore the area around the hotel, though it was not very much. The food was awesome! the hotel is very romantic and old.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean. And centrally located. My “complaints” are really nitpicky. We were facing the street, and people were loud late into the night (not the hotels fault). The bed was very firm. If you love a firm bed, this is the place for you. They do provide lots of pillows, which I love.
My only real complaint is that on the hotels.com website it said breakfast is included. At the hotel they said “we don’t do that anymore.” Disappointing.
