This hotel is a little gem, despite being in very poor condition. If you get a room with a balcony, you will have views of both Mount Teide and the sea. Please note that even if you book a room with a balcony via Hotels.com or similar, the hotel cannot guarantee this.

2/10 Poor

Real run down, extremely rude girl checks me it. The hotel is advertised as each room having a balcony. Mine did not and when I asked for a room with one I was denied. Roof top terrace was filthy covers in rubbish with one dirty table.

First they ruined hole experience by lying about pay by credit card. They want to pay by cash because pay by credit card would need bank name, account number, bank address etc. By the spanish law, but when I did ask about that from other hotels that was lie. They clearly wanted money off the book. Toilet ceanliness is poor and all the way hotel is far far away from its best moments.

2/10 Poor

Overall terrible experience. The bed for uncomfortable the room was hot and outdated and the towels were like cardboard. We asked to be reimbursed for the night we weren’t going to use because it was that bad and we found another hotel. Of course, they said that they cannot refund us the money, but they were quick to charge us the entire day upon check-in. Stay away from this place.
