We had a very nice stay at Hotel Brunner. The bed was very comfortable and it’s basically a king size bed although it says double. Breakfast was good too!

Das Zimmer war zwar leider nicht mit Klimaanlage aber wenigstens einem effektiven und leisen Deckenventilator ausgestattet, aber sauber und zweckmäßig und groß genug und das Fenster ging in einen ruhigen Innenhof. Das Personal war sehr Hilfsbereit und Freundlich und das Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig. Lediglich die Tiefgarage ist nichts für Fahrer großer SUVs und schwachen Nerven

Dieses kleine Hotel ist ein echter Geheimtipp! Das Wichtigste vorweg: In keinem anderen Hotel in Amberg - und ich kenne einige - wurde ich so herzlich empfangen und betreut wie hier. Gratulation an euch Mitarbeitende. Diese Punkte möchte ich besonders erwähnen: - Lage: Top, direkt an Der Altstadt und wenige hundert Meter vom Bahnhof - Regelmässig Live Musik im Garten - Parkplatz: Frühzeitig buchen, dafür ist er mit Deinem Namen unverkennbar für Dich reserviert - Zimmerreinigung: Alle drei Tage (vorbildlich). Wer eine Reinigung zwischendurch braucht: Einfach das Schild bitte aufräumen an die Türklinke hängen In der Summe: Hier werde ich in Zukunft sehr gerne wieder übernachten.

Aufenthalt war super. Zimmergröße war ok, das Bad etwas zu klein (konnte immer nur eine Person rein). Nur der Check-in war etwas langatmig. Reservierung über Expedia macht anscheinend Probleme (es war nicht klar, ob wir schon gezahlt hatten oder nicht), Gästedaten erfassen via Tablet hat nur mit Problemen funktioniert, ging dann aber. Wir können die Unterkunft aber empfehlen 👍
