8/10 Very good

The hotel is in downtown so it is highly convenient. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room was good, confortable bed but the shower was old. There is no hot water, although it is not cold, you just leave the water running until it warms a little bit.

2/10 Poor

The area where the hotel is located looks very unsafe, polluted and noisy. The hotel itself was very dark, lugubrious and dungeony like. Bed linen worn out and old. The bathroom needed extra care. I won’t complain about the receptionist because he was attentive and polite, but this kind of hotel should not be advertised in Expedia. For all the above, I didn’t stay in this hotel.

Muy buena ubicación en la ciudad. Limpio. Personal muy amable. Estacionamiento incluido y seguro, y niña zona difícil de estacionarse. Relación precio calidad muy adecuada.

2/10 Poor
