Their kindness made us feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored palace, full of charm and elegance. Every corner reflects careful craftsmanship and respect for the building’s history, creating a unique and atmospheric experience. The location is excellent—perfectly situated within a short distance of both Ragusa Ibla and the newer part of Ragusa, making it easy to explore the best of both areas. We stayed in Suite number 12, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the private jacuzzi, which added a touch of luxury and relaxation that we truly appreciated. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality stay.

Très bon accueil. La partie réception de l’hôtel est très belle et fidèle aux photos. Par contre, la chambre standard dans laquelle nous avons dormi n’est pour moi pas à la hauteur du standing minimal d’un tel hôtel. Le sèche serviette de la salle d’eau était cassé et chauffait en continue et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. La douche aurait également besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. Pas de verre et pas de possibilité de prendre un café ou thé (même payant) dans la chambre. Une bouteille d’eau gratuite par séjour serait appréciable.
