This hotel is a delightful getaway from the crowds, yet convenient to a Vapporetto stop on the Grand Canal. Delightful local restaurants a short walk away. Breakfast in the peaceful garden was a great start to the day. Our only problem was that it was hard to find due to confusion with the address and a very small sign.

We had an incovenience and we were not able to get the entry instructions to check in around 10 pm. We called the contact number and the person that responded was great, he gave us the instructions and we were able to get in. Location is close from the train station, very convenient. The only caviat was that the shower was kind of small but no big issue. I would stay there again.

Reasonable walking distance to train. Good communication about late checkin. Lock box arrangement worked well. Nice patio for breakfast and enjoying a glass of wine in evening. Downside of hotel was poor internet and no English tv channel. Also sewer gas smell in bathroom needs to be rectified.
