8/10 Very good

We had this apartment as a change from hotels in the middl3leg of our trip around Italy. The apartment was stylish and comfortable with a full kitchen, sofa, dining table. We made ourselves comfortable, did our laundry and ate in a few times, supermarket and icecream shop are literally 2 minutes away. Great location to walk to all the attractions.

8/10 Very good

The property is in an excellent location as in it is located in an extremely central location. Close to all the great sites. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large. However not suitable for an elderly person as there is a big step out of the shower/bath. The biggest issue was the air conditioning unit - it was very noisy and not that effective. We had the windows open but had to close them due to the drain smell and mosquitos. But really it was about a 7.5/10 overall.

The location is perfect and close to the main attractions. We felt very safe. Since we were renting an apartment with kitchen it would have been nice to have a few simple spices to cook with as we planned on eating in a couple times.

Location, Location, Location

The location is out of this world wonderful. The hotel staff was good. The room was large and comfortable. The only downside was it was on the second floor with no elevator.

Location, location, location

Our stay here was all about location and it can't be beat. Just steps to the Duomo and all the history of Florence. If you are going for the room this is not your place. But if you want a great place to stay while you explore the beauty of Florence this place is perfect.
