We were so impressed with this place! Sparkling clean, parking on site (which can otherwise be difficult to find in Springdale), restaurant next door was great and we received a 10% discount. The steamer shower and bathtub were made even better by the shower steamer and bath bomb left as a welcome gift. I’ve never had a nicer welcome gift in a rental—chapstick, snacks including things to make s’mores at the fire pit. The washer had tide pods available, the Keurig had pods and creamer available, there were even lemon packets, honey sticks and teabags available! Wow! You get value for the price. Highly recommend!

This place is so great, thoughtfully designed with every single thing you could possibly want…even a bath bomb to use in the amazing bathtub! Very cozy yet classy, wish we could have stayed an extra night to really enjoy it. Would have loved to enjoy all the the outdoor space as well; our casita had a great front and back porch, and the fire pit would have been great to experience and make the s’mores that were part of the welcome basket, just not enough time. I’ve already recommended this place several times since we checked out yesterday, it’s amazing and highly recommend!

Loved Casita 5! Great communication, super easy self check in and had everything we needed and more. Their products and amenities were top notch. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely return! Only suggestion is to get light up numbers over the doorway, or lawn markers so that guests can find their unit in the evening if checking in late.

I stayed at this beautiful casita while visiting Zion National Park, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was unbeatable, offering breathtaking views and quick access to the park, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the casita itself—charming, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. A small issue came up during my stay, and the owner handled it quickly and with such care that it actually made my experience even better. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and hospitality, and I truly appreciated it. This stay was both relaxing and memorable, and I’ll absolutely be back the next time I visit Springdale. Amazing Casitas

We absolutely loved this place. It’s clean and comfy. We loved everything about this place. I was able to lay down on the side patio to look up at the stars and feel safe. I can never do that at a hotel. The kitchen was amazing as well since one of our three nights stay we eat in. Its location was so convenient to the park. Everything in Springdale is walkable so this place was the best. I especially loved that it wasn’t a hotel so you won’t hear people’s hotel doors slamming or anyone above you. I would definitely rent this place again if given the opportunity.

The Casita is modern, well equipped, and great location not far from the Zion NP entrance. Know that the Casita is on the same property as the Bit and Spur. So that can be good for proximity, but bad for noise if a band is playing and you weren't expecting the noise to go late. Other thing, they need to change the blinds on the doors. The blind is not a true black-out blind. Was completely see through with an inside light on. Potential for major invation of privacy. This shoudl be addressed. Bedroom windows have curtains that ensure privacy, but bedroom door to outside was completely transparent even with the blind down and inside light on.

Amazing stay in a lovely casita. Comfortable bed, very clean, great bathroom, nicely appointed, walkable to food, next to shuttle. No complaints. If there was one negative it was a lack of counter space in the bathroom, but oh well. Highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at Canyon Casitas, and I absolutely love it! I live in Las Vegas, so it’s the perfect quick getaway spot. As a single mom, I really cherish these trips with my daughters — they’re relaxing, memorable, and always feel special. I only wish I could afford to come more often! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and so close to Zion. Already looking forward to our next visit.
